Check-in is accepted after 15:00 unless special requirements by the hotels and guest is requested to follow accordingly. ID (or passport) and reservation vouchers must be presented for check-in. Your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation and payment upon your arrival at the hotel.Guests under 20 years of age are not permitted to check in at the hotel unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Guests will be asked to present ID as necessary for proof of age.

Usually check-out must be processed before 12:00. Any surcharges (extra beds, extended stay, phone calls...etc.) have to be settled before leaving the hotel with receipts.

The number of rooms is based on our availability in this website.

After the reservation is made, the voucher of your stay information may be printed. You will receive a confirmation showing the details of your reservation by E-mail and mobile phone messages. But your reservation is based on the records in this system only. Any enquiries are welcome to contact our reservation center and we will try our best to reply you as soon as possible.

Once the reservation completed , you may request the invoices or receipts, which our website is not liable for, from the reserved hotels only before you check out.

Date of reservation could be amended 2-7 days before check-in based on the sales conditions of each hotel listed on the website. There is no surcharge for change of date and room type, but only one amendment can be made and it is not allowed for refund afterwards. You are required to pay the surcharge of the amendment and there is no refund for the difference of the payment because of the amendment.

Cancellations are made only through the website and based on individual reservation confirmation code. Only all of a reservation can be cancelled. It is not accepted to cancel part of your reservation (for example: cancel one of your 2 reserved rooms, cancel one night of your reserved 2-night stay). According to the terms and conditions listed in the website, each cancellation is subject to a charge of 15% of the total amount of your voucher value if the cancellation made 3 days before arrival date. 50% of the total amount of your voucher value is charged if the cancellation made within 3 days before arrival date (excluding the date of arrival). And 100% of the total amount of your voucher value is charged if the cancellation made on the date of arrival.
